Is this a scam?! Order #10557UK

"It’s been 20 days since my mum purchased the 4in1 set for my son’s 1st birthday and there has been zero communication since. Tracking details still haven’t been updated, just says the order has been received. Two emails have been sent regarding the order and no reply to either of them. I am so disappointed with the level of communication."

— Karianne P. (5/5)

The quality of the wood

"The quality of the wood is excellent—very sturdy, smooth, and clearly made with care. I love how versatile it is; the different configurations keep my child engaged and encourage creativity and active play. It’s perfect for developing balance, coordination, and confidence. Assembly was straightforward, and the design is both functional and beautiful—it fits nicely with our home decor. Overall, this is a fantastic investment for any parent looking to support their child’s physical development in a fun and engaging way. Highly recommended!"
